PAYMENTS
All deposits and payments are to be done via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay deposits via Paypal, but you will need an account to send final payments as a friend via Paypal (sending as a friend saves me an awful lot on Paypal fees).
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
I have the right to refuse to sell my services or products to any individual without giving a reason. Money cannot buy everything in my world. If it is found that an individual (hereinafter known as the 'ultimate recipient' - or UR) who has been refused services or products subsequently manages to buy a service or product from me via a third party, the UR of my services or products agrees to pay me triple damages and the confiscation of the item (if a product) or agrees that I can remove anything to the value of triple damages from his/her property or place of business. This will be done at my convenience. This is non-negotiable and by the nature of the wording in this paragraph will bypass the need to go to court. I place no limitations of time on the discovery that a product or service has been obtained from me via a third party after initial refusal. You are fully responsible for your actions and no-one can hide behind lawyers or the protection of a court when purchasing a product or service here. There was a time when courts were proper and honourable places to sort out controversies. This is no longer the case and they have become mostly kangaroo courts with the apparency of justice but in truth the elite and those in power have usurped the courts for their own vile purposes which means that justice is no longer to be found there.
Law related (legal problems, taxes, foreclosures, debt problems, etc)
1. I do not guarantee that any of the work I will do for you will work. But based on results so far (four situations: getting rid of a debt collector in the USA, preventing an eviction in the UK, stopping a foreclosure in Montana, USA, and discharging a $23,000 [£18,000] credit card debt in the UK so that the balance went down to £0) I have been able to obtain a 100% success rate in achieving the desired outcome in each individual case.
2. You agree to provide me with all the information required to achieve the result you are looking for.
3. You agree that you will step outside your comfort zone in getting your situation resolved.
4. You will agree to learn about and understand the rudiments of the legal world we live in. That will entail study and research on various topics. You can start by reading these two documents: Universal Declaration of Human Rights or the online version of it and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights or the online version of it, as these have important concepts that are vital to your success in the 'legal' world.
5. You agree that you are responsible for your own condition and the situation you find yourself in.
6. You will not hold me responsible for any failures to achieve your desired outcome.
7. You agree that the only way to handle your situation is to confront it and not to avoid it.
8. You need to understand that the language that is used in government or legal documents (which covers anything that you have to sign) is not English, although it appears to be English, but Legalease. Legalease has its own dictionary like Black's Law Dictionary and others.
9. Legalease changes its definition of words frequently. Be aware that this is a tactic. So one needs access to more than one law dictionary.
10. The 'Western' legal world is adversarial - i.e. its a battle or fight to the finish using words. As such it can be extremely debilitating to do anything in this area unless you know what you are doing or understand the system you are dealing with.
11. With the correct information and understanding, dealing with your problem can actually be rewarding and fun!
12. Most Western law is based on Ecclesiastical (religious) law. Most of the basics of Ecclesiastical law is found in the King James or Geneva Bible.
Health related (cancer and other diseases, mental health issues, body issues, etc)
1. I do not guarantee that any of the assistance I will provide to you will alleviate your problem. But if you follow my advice or read and study the information I will provide the chances of your recovery will be high.
2. You agree to provide me with all the information required to achieve your return to health.
3. You agree that you will step outside your comfort zone in getting your health recovered.
4. You will agree to learn about and understand the rudiments of how your body works. That will entail study and research on some basic materials. You can start by reading this easy-to-read book: Owners Manual for the Human Body.
5. You agree that you are responsible for your own condition and the situation you find yourself in.

8. You need to understand that the western health system is designed to kill you off, not to keep you in optimum health. If you do not believe this do a search on the Georgia Guidestones and read the first declaration.
9. It is simple to stay healthy but it requires discipline and keeping away from people, friends and family who do not respect your choices.
10. You agree that you will limit your exposure to the TV and newspapers as these cause high stress levels in ones body due to the nature of their programming.
11. With the correct information and understanding, dealing with your health problem can actually be rewarding and fun!
12. Most Western governments promote an unhealthy lifestyle and are part and parcel of the agenda to kill off 90% of people on the Planet.
Lifestyle related (goals, intentions in life, relationships, achievements in your sport, etc)
1. I do not guarantee that any of the assistance I will provide to you will help your situation. But if you trust me and allow me to assist you in achieving your goals and intentions in life these will more than likely be realized.
2. You agree to provide me with all the information required to achieve your desires, goals or intentions. This will entail answering an extensive list of questions to ascertain the area or areas that need to be focused on - it may be an area that you may not be aware of, hence the questionnaire.
3. You agree that you will step outside your comfort zone in moving towards achieving what you want.
4. You will agree to learn about and understand the Universe we live in. This will entail some basic study and research on You and Life.
5. You agree that you are responsible for your own condition and the situation you find yourself in.
6. You will not hold me responsible for any failures to achieve your desired outcome(s).
7. You agree that the only way to handle your situation is to confront it and not to avoid it.
8. To achieve what you want in Life you need to be aware that the only one preventing you from achieving what you want is You. Therefore you will primarily be working on yourself in a very specific format. I will be recommending experts in their field to work with you. My job is to facilitate that.
9. All the experiences you have had in Life, especially the really painful ones, contain vast amounts of wisdom. To get to that wisdom requires you to explore areas of your life that may be quite painful to you. But it is very much worth it. You agree to do whatever it takes to access that wisdom.
10. What you experience will be unique to you.
11. Getting to know yourself can actually be rewarding and fun!
12. Most of the information you will learn will be about the Universe we live in and about your abilities that have been deliberately kept from you because You are an incredibly powerful Being and if you got to know who you really are you would break free of the control mechanism that is currently being used on this Planet.
Computer related (hardware problems, software problems, computer consultations, custom computer builds, website design and maintenance, etc)
1. I guarantee that any of the work I will do for you will be of the highest quality and that I will do things in a cost effective manner without selling you stuff that you do not need.
2. You agree to fully inform me what it is you want and what the computer/website will be used for.
3. You agree that you will keep me informed if anything you need changes.
4. You agree that you will not go to third parties without informing me first.
5. I agree to follow through with all the commitments I make with you.
6. You will hold me responsible for any failures to achieve your desired outcome.
7. You agree that the only way to get what you want is to know what you want!
8. You need to understand that the language used in the computer field is deliberately complicated and difficult to comprehend. This is so that you stay ignorant and keep others in work.
9. Computer problems ALWAYS have a solution no matter what the problem is - hardware or software. There is no such thing as an impossibility in the computer world. Just lazy thinking or lazy programming.
10. The computer world thrives on keeping you 'upgrading' your machine. I do my best to put a stop to that.
11. Windows updates are nothing to do with keeping software secure and up-to-date and everything to do with downloading subliminal algorithms to your machine which is shown on your screen.
12. Windows XP was the best Operating System Microsoft ever made - which is why they stopped supporting it. Windows 7, 8 and 10 is based on Windows Vista.
